The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Washington throws a right hand that Torres ducks under and follows up with a left that Torres also avoids with ease.
Torres throwing a counter right hand but Washington manages to avoid it.
Washington tries to land a body kick
enabling Torres to counter with a crisp jab.
Torres has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Snake Eyes Fighting Systems in the buildup to the fight.
A slapping leg kick lands for Torres.

Washington lands a big head kick that sends Torres tumbling to the mat! Washington takes a step backwards and waves Torres back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Miguel Torres has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Washington cracks Torres with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Torres falls to his knees and Washington doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
