Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Spencer Rubenstein!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Early Grayce !
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Paul Gruel and Micheangelo Fripello.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rubenstein throws a right and a left that Grayce avoids nicely.
Grayce is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Grayce takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Rubenstein looking to land some kicks to the body here.
We've been told by Rubenstein's head coaches at Rabid Dog that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Grayce checks the leg kick.
Grayce lands with a straight right. Rubenstein didn't see that one coming.

Rubenstein has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Grayce is on him like a limpet, forcing Rubenstein back against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Grayce creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Grayce throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Rubenstein tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Grayce is in Rubenstein's guard.

Grayce swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Rubenstein.
Rubenstein takes a swing at Grayce 's ribcage but misses.

Rubenstein tries to kick Grayce off but Grayce keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Grayce seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Rubenstein does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Grayce is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rubenstein defends it well.
Rubenstein wants to get back to his feet.

Grayce is working for a submission of some sort.

Rubenstein is staying active underneath Grayce , who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Grayce trying to control the pace.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Grayce is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Rubenstein has managed to free his arm - good work.

Grayce fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Rubenstein misses with a wild combination.
Grayce takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Grayce walks forward, straight into a front kick from Rubenstein.

Grayce scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Rubenstein keeps Grayce at a distance using the push kick.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Rubenstein. Grayce shrugs it off though.
Rubenstein thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Grayce if he has to take too many more of those.

Rubenstein goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Rubenstein thumps Grayce with a low kick.
Rubenstein bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Spencer Rubenstein will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Rubenstein.
A nice inside leg kick there by Rubenstein. That's going to slow Grayce down.

Rubenstein throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Grayce stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Rubenstein follows into mount!

It looks like Early Grayce has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rubenstein stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Rubenstein throws a front kick that sends Grayce stumbling back into the cage.
Rubenstein tries to bum rush Grayce with a series of wild strikes but Grayce uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rubenstein throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Spencer Rubenstein is winning the standup battle so far.
Rubenstein tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Grayce was well out of range. Poor timing from Rubenstein.
Grayce misses with a looping left.
Rubenstein scores with a push kick.
The fighters circle, before Rubenstein throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Grayce 's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Rubenstein lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Spencer Rubenstein!
Spencer Rubenstein decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
