The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mizoguchi closes this distance looking for a takedown but Strauss circles away.
Mizoguchi fails with a takedown attempt.
Mizoguchi throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Strauss defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Mizoguchi.
Strauss was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Leopold Strauss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chase Mizoguchi.
Mizoguchi fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Mizoguchi takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Strauss stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Strauss wants it to stay on the feet.

BOOM! Strauss lands a beautiful left hook that drops Mizoguchi. Mizoguchi tries to recover but Strauss is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Mizoguchi lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
