Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nneka Sani (ranked 4309 p4p, 4811 weight class) and Shane White (ranked 495 p4p, 526 weight class). Nneka Sani has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sani tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but White paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and White counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sani won't be happy with that.

Sani sneaks out the side door and pushes White away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Nneka Sani seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
White looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
White shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
