Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Test Guy (ranked 4973 p4p, 4797 weight class) and Test Mann (ranked 533 p4p, 530 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy thows a left - swing and a miss!
Guy moves out of range as Mann strikes.
Guy throws a shot from downtown. Mann moves away and avoids it.

Guy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Mann throws a looping overhand right but Guy ducks down to avoid it.
Mann paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Mann is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Guy.

The fighters circling - Mann throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Mann has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Guy is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Mann lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Guy uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Mann has time to react.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mann might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
