Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nickolas Benjamin (ranked 4256 p4p, 25202 weight class) and Sand Storm (ranked 525 p4p, 0 weight class). Sand Storm has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nickolas Benjamin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Sand Storm!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Felipe Paraventi and Edson Gomes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Benjamin gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Storm escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Storm shoots in but Benjamin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Storm throws a sloppy head kick and Benjamin moves out of range easily.

Benjamin pushes Storm up against the cage in a clinch.
Benjamin lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Storm tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Benjamin just stands there and leans against the cage.

Storm ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Storm no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Benjamin throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Storm tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Benjamin is in Storm's guard.

Storm has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Benjamin is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
