Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between George Beurling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hernandez has chosen Welcome to my Nightmare as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hector Hernandez!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beurling pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Beurling looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Beurling trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Beurling throwing strikes but missing.
Beurling preventing the sweep.
Hernandez doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Beurling working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Beurling drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Beurling jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Hernandez manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Beurling is trying desperately to improve position.

Beurling gets full guard.
Beurling tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Beurling is working hard here to advance position.

Beurling looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Hernandez passes into half guard.
Hernandez is trying to control. Beurling wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Hernandez stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Beurling to get to his feet.

Hernandez has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Beurling moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Hernandez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Beurling lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hernandez circles away quickly and effectively.
Hector Hernandez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big left from Beurling misses.
The crowd cheers as Beurling lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hernandez doesn't seem phased though.
Beurling keeps the fight on the outside.
Hernandez fails in his attempt to clinch.
Beurling connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Hernandez is rocked!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Beurling fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Hernandez square on the jaw! Damn, Hernandez is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
