Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sandy Storm (ranked 5300 p4p, 4701 weight class) and FrankFurt Livingstone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Storm misses with a head kick.
Livingstone avoids a kick to the body.
FrankFurt Livingstone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Livingstone moves in looking to clinch but Storm pushes him off.

Storm shoots in and gets a takedown into Livingstone's guard.
Livingstone wants to stand and escape but Storm is having none of it.
Storm trying to control the position from guard on top but Livingstone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Livingstone scrambles and gets back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Livingstone forces Storm back against the cage and clinches.

Livingstone breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Storm rushes Livingstone and presses him up against the cage.

Livingstone manages to break the clinch.

Livingstone takes the fight into the clinch.
Storm trying to control the position but instead, Livingstone has worked for underhooks and has pushed Storm into the cage.

Livingstone lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Livingstone rushes Storm and presses him up against the cage.

Livingstone pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Storm shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Livingstone uses the cage to get back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Storm throws a head kick but Livingstone moves out of range.

Livingstone has closed the distance and engaged Storm in a clinch.

Storm has Livingstone pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Storm pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Livingstone tumbling to the mat - Storm dives into Livingstone's guard.
Storm is breathing heavily.

Livingstone kicks Storm off and gets to his feet.

Livingstone lands with a straight right. Storm didn't see that one coming.
Livingstone misses with a two punch combination.
Livingstone throws a left and a right that both miss
and Storm cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Livingstone connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Storm is rocked!

Livingstone fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Storm, pushing him back against the cage.
Oh Storm is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Livingstone pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Livingstone catches Storm with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Storm forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
