Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Chaikka Chai (ranked 1669 p4p, 3043 weight class) and Jacques Durand Jr (ranked 243 p4p, 392 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Chai might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dead Man Walking. Durand Jr has chosen Birdman & Lil Wayne - Stuntin' Like My Daddy as his entrance music. Jacques Durand Jr is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 1, fighting out of London, Chaikka Chai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jacques Durand Jr!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Luis Engracia and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chai takes a swing at Durand Jr's ribcage but misses.
Durand Jr scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

and Chai counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A looping hook to the body misses from Durand Jr. Chai does a little dance to reset his feet.

Durand Jr stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
We've been told by Chai's head coaches at Master Chai's Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Durand Jr's eyes and has decided to let it go on!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Chaikka Chai.
