The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Akiyama dives in and grabs Espinoza's left leg, looking for a takedown. Espinoza pushes down on Akiyama's head and hops out.
The fight stays on the outside here - Akiyama looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Espinoza drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Akiyama defends it well.
