PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Aljamain Sterling (ranked 2757 p4p, 4076 weight class) and Lou Gotch (ranked 187 p4p, 261 weight class). Sterling comes to the cage accompanied by I Love. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

Gotch steps into range and cracks Sterling with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Sterling flops backwards and Gotch dives into his guard looking to finish!

My spies in Tran MMA Gym inform me that Gotch has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Lou Gotch!
A very excited looking Lou Gotch made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Aljamain Sterling spoke after the fight, saying 'Whether it's Bellator, OneFC, World Series, whatever, the door's open for me. Financial stability is the most important thing for me'.
