It seemed like Clark was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

and Smith connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Smith throws a shot from downtown. Clark moves away and avoids it.
Clark takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Matthew Clark seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
