The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ding Dong tries for a takedown but Knox circles away easily
and Knox counters with a stiff right hand.
Ding Dong throws a leg kick
and Knox cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Ding Dong has his takedown stuffed
letting Knox counter with a right hand.

Ding Dong has his takedown stuffed
enabling Knox to counter with a crisp jab.
Yardbird Knox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ding Ding Dong.
Knox connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Knox will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ding Dong wants to counter with a clinch but Knox pushes him away.
Knox scores with a hook to the body. Ding Dong takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Knox scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Knox is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Knox ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Knox lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

enabling Knox to counter with a crisp jab.
Knox dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Knox connects with a nice looking jab.
Ding Ding Dong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Knox darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Knox lands a big right hand that sends Ding Dong crashing to the mat! Knox stays standing though and waves Ding Dong back to his feet!

Ding Dong is rocked!

Ding Dong leaves his chin hanging out and Knox seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Ding Dong crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
