Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dayne Kekoa (ranked 3614 p4p, 5615 weight class) and Robbie Lesage (ranked 425 p4p, 553 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dayne Kekoa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Robbie Lesage!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesage wants to clinch.

Kekoa stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lesage swivels though and keeps the full guard.

You can see the frustration on Lesage's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Kekoa advances to mount.

Lesage is desperately trying to improve his position but Kekoa has a good base and remains in mount.

Kekoa throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Lesage because Kekoa loaded up on that one.

Poor strikes thrown by Kekoa there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Lesage tries to lock up and control but Kekoa gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Kekoa is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lesage.

Lesage doesn't manage to clinch there - Kekoa circles away.

Lesage can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kekoa controls the pace.

Kekoa is posturing up here but Lesage has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Kekoa tries to roll out but it's too tight and Kekoa has to tap! Slick submission there by Lesage!
