Gomez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. POP SMOKE - GOT IT ON ME kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Seppo Maki has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maki throws a big shot that misses.
Gomez throws a shot from downtown. Maki moves away and avoids it.
Gomez misses with an uppercut. Maki saw that one coming.

Maki's corner calls for a 1-2. Maki obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Maki looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Gomez misses with a body shot.
Maki swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Maki slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Gomez pivots, looking for a leg kick but Maki is out of range and Gomez settles back down.
Maki uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gomez.

Gomez is still on wobbly legs! Can Maki finish him?
Maki walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Gomez drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Maki swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Gomez's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
