And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Tessmacher throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Tessmacher tries to clinch up but Rail circles away and keeps his distance.
Rail's coach down at St Petersburg MMA Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Rail's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Rail tries a head kick but it misses.
Rail changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Rail scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Rail tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Rail misses with an uppercut. Tessmacher saw that one coming.
Tessmacher looks to land a left hand but Rail moved out of range nicely.
Rail feints a counter leg kick.
Tessmacher shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Tessmacher fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Tessmacher throws a right and a left that Rail avoids nicely.
Tessmacher pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A decent looking cross lands there for Rail.
A low kick from Tessmacher misses
and Rail counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rail steps into range and cracks Tessmacher with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Tessmacher flops backwards and Rail dives into his guard looking to finish!

Tessmacher is rocked!

Rail decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Rail lands a jab to Tessmacher's midsection.

Rail dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rail thows a left - swing and a miss!
Tessmacher has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Doom\'s Gym in the buildup to the fight.

Rail drops Tessmacher with a big left hand and mounts him. Tessmacher is in big trouble!
Oh Tessmacher is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Rail gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Tessmacher misses with a head kick.
Tessmacher seems to have got his legs back now.
Tessmacher tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rail sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tessmacher somewhat.

and Rail counters with a left hand that sends Tessmacher to the canvas!
Rail wanted to stand there but Tessmacher had control of the position.

Rail stands and steps away. Tessmacher gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Tessmacher connects with a solid leg kick.
Rail motions for Tessmacher to come forward. Rail throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Tessmacher lands a glancing blow to the side of Rail's head.
Tessmacher fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Rail connects with a leg kick.
Rail takes one to the chin there.
Rail avoids the body shot from Tessmacher.

A jab lands there for Tessmacher.

Rail is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Tessmacher lands a slapping body shot.
Tessmacher rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rail moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Rail! But no joy.
Rail dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Tessmacher jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Rail misses the jab.
Tessmacher misses the shot to the body.
Rail bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Rail has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Tessmacher throws a chopping leg kick but Rail manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Tessmacher tests Rail's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Tessmacher throws an overhand right that lands on Rail's shoulder, as Rail tries to avoid the shot.
Chesty Tessmacher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rail tries to bum rush Tessmacher with a series of wild strikes but Tessmacher uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Tessmacher shoots in for a takedown but Rail shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Tessmacher looks to land a left hand but Rail moved out of range nicely.
Tessmacher moves in looking to clinch but Rail pushes him off.
Rail looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Rail. Tessmacher does a little dance to reset his feet.
Rail missing with a left hand there. Tessmacher was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Tessmacher misses with the combination.

Tessmacher throws a lazy right hand but Rail sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Tessmacher misses with a double jab.
Rail uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Tessmacher.
Nice shot lands for Rail.
Rail moves out of range as Tessmacher strikes.
Tessmacher misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A solid leg kick lands there for Rail.
Rail misses with a body shot.
Tessmacher walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Rail throws a wild body kick that Tessmacher sees coming a mile off.
Tessmacher looks to throw the jab but Rail is out of range.
Rail appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
A big right from Rail misses.

Tessmacher ducks straight into an uppercut from Rail and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Tessmacher manages to regain guard straight away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rail gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Rail feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Tessmacher crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
