Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chris Welsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eli Eagle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eagle has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Eli Eagle struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 172.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Welsh pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Eagle looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Welsh cracks the inside of Eagle's front leg.
Welsh bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Eagle's head backwards.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
No joy there for Welsh , who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Welsh lands a nice leg kick that just misses Eagle's sensitive parts.
Welsh throws a head kick but Eagle moves out of range.
Eagle gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Welsh throws a quick inside leg kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Welsh .
Welsh waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Eagle. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Eagle to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Eagle is rocked!

Welsh stands and steps away. Eagle gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Eagle is still on wobbly legs! Can Welsh finish him?

Welsh closes the distance and clinches.

Welsh pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Welsh lands a nice leg kick that just misses Eagle's sensitive parts.
Eagle seems to have recovered his senses.
Welsh looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Welsh drives through and clinches with Eagle against the cage.
Nice body punch from Welsh .

Welsh pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Welsh circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Eagle drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Welsh follows Eagle to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
