Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bright Chikombe (ranked 4128 p4p, 25012 weight class) and Harry Livingstone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chikombe's entrance music is Bhundu Boys - Jit Jive. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bright Chikombe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Harry Livingstone!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Livingstone shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Chikombe but Chikombe pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Chikombe decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Well, if Chikombe is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Livingstone really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chikombe. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Chikombe stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Livingstone to get to his feet.
Livingstone misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Chikombe attempts a counter takedown but Livingstone avoids it well and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chikombe looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Chikombe decides to stand up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Chikombe is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Livingstone like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Livingstone from another fist facial!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bright Chikombe!
In his post fight interview, Bright Chikombe started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
