Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rex Livingston (ranked 4994 p4p, 4232 weight class) and Big Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Livingston's entrance music is PSA. A fine choice. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rex Livingston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Big Boy!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Paul Gruel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boy moves into range and clinches up with Livingston.
Livingston wants to break the clinch but can't.
Boy lands a body punch.
Boy working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
A short body shot lands from Boy as the two fighters clinch.
Livingston missing with knees to the body.
Livingston is trying to force a seperation but Boy has the dominant position.
Livingston tries to score a body lock takedown but Boy shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Boy lands a body punch in the clinch.

Boy pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Boy darts in and clinches Livingston up against the cage.

Boy breaks the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Boy gets a takedown into half guard.
Boy is figuring out what he wants to do next.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Livingston is trying to stand up here but Boy is controlling him well.
Livingston wants to control but Boy is keeping busy.
Livingston is looking to improve his position.
Livingston trying to control but Boy postures up.
Boy controlling the pace.
It looks like Boy might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Boy instigates a clinch.
Boy lands a left hand that snaps the head of Livingston backwards.
Livingston jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Boy walks away with a smile on his face. Livingston gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Boy moves into the clinch successfully.
Livingston fails to pull guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rex Livingston. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Boy lands a shoulder strike.
Boy lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
A nice right hand lands inside from Boy.
Livingston is breathing heavily.
A body shot lands from Boy.
Boy pushes Livingston back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Boy scores with a shoulder strike.
A left hand lands to the body for Boy.

A right hand to the body from Boy.
A short body shot lands from Boy as the two fighters clinch.
Livingston's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Boy lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Livingston or not.
Boy lands with a light punch inside.

A short body shot lands from Boy as the two fighters clinch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Boy.
Boy pushes Livingston back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Boy scores with a shot to the side of Livingston's head.
Boy lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Livingston.

Boy breaks the clinch.

Boy shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boy moves nicely into side control.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Livingston is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Big Boy dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Boy's corner calls for a 1-2. Boy obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Boy fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Livingston square on the jaw! Damn, Livingston is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Big Boy!
