Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Riku Momomoto (ranked 118 p4p, 772 weight class) and Ivan Sidorov (ranked 15 p4p, 94 weight class). Sidorov has chosen Sidorov's Heart as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Riku Momomoto has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ivan Sidorov!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Chad Campbell and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Momomoto thows a left - swing and a miss!
Sidorov shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Momomoto counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Ivan Sidorov has been cut.
Sidorov keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Momomoto scores with a nice head shot.
A jab from Momomoto does it's job there.
Sidorov fails with a takedown attempt.
Momomoto lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Momomoto misses with a hook. Sidorov ducked under it nicely.
Sidorov gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Momomoto counters with a crisp one two that drops Sidorov! Momomoto thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Sidorov to his feet! Sidorov is in big trouble!
Sidorov is rocked!
Riku Momomoto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ivan Sidorov.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sidorov shoots for a takedown but Momomoto saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Sidorov is still on wobbly legs! Can Momomoto finish him?
Momomoto definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Sidorov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Momomoto sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sidorov somewhat.
Sidorov seems to have recovered his senses.

Sidorov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Momomoto counters with a nice right hand that sends Sidorov toppling to the canvas! Sidorov scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Momomoto finish him?!
Sidorov misses with a takedown attempt
and Momomoto counters with a crisp right hand that drops Sidorov! Momomoto lets Sidorov back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
That has opened up Ivan Sidorov's cut even more.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Momomoto leaves Sidorov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Nice defenses there by Sidorov.
Sidorov steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Momomoto.
And Sidorov tries to counter it with a takedown but Momomoto pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Riku Momomoto is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sidorov shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Momomoto cracks Sidorov with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Momomoto has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Sidorov to stand back up!
Sidorov steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Momomoto.
