PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dominic Mowrey (ranked 25089 p4p, 4193 weight class) and Rodolfo Kaufman (ranked 0 p4p, 177 weight class). Rodolfo Kaufman told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rodolfo Kaufman!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaufman lands a nice shot that snaps Mowrey's head back.
Kaufman with a jab.
Mowrey fails with a takedown attempt.

Kaufman lands a big right hand that sends Mowrey crashing to the mat! Kaufman stays standing though and waves Mowrey back to his feet!

Mowrey is rocked!

It looks like Dominic Mowrey has been cut.
Mowrey really is a fat lump.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mowrey drops his hands momentarily. Kaufman doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Mowrey staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Mowrey doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
