Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Acuzumabaev Cikaev (ranked 4170 p4p, 4154 weight class) and Trystin Robit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robit lands a jab-cross combination.

Cikaev wants to control but Robit is keeping him busy.

Robit shoots for a takedown but Cikaev saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Robit is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Cikaev's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Robit enables Cikaev to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Robit manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Cikaev drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Robit dives on top into guard.

Robit avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Cikaev doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

That was a close round but I would say that Acuzumabaev Cikaev will probably get the nod.

Robit tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Cikaev cranks the arm and Robit screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Robit, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
