Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tomas Ariundas (ranked 4088 p4p, 2943 weight class) and Zay Bay (ranked 0 p4p, 387 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tomas Ariundas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Zay Bay!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Nard Betker and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ariundas tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bay defends well and Ariundas ends up having to push Bay into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Ariundas pulls guard successfully.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Ariundas has Bay pulled in close to control his posture.
Bay must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Ariundas lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Ariundas will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Ariundas controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Ariundas pushes down on Bay's leg and manages to get into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ariundas is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bay doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ariundas.
Ariundas seems to be working for a kimura but Bay defends the submission attempt.

Bay is trying to stand up here but Ariundas is controlling him well.

Bay manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Ariundas is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Bay knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Ariundas has hold of Bay's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Bay seems comfortable defending it but Ariundas has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Bay is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Bay is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Ariundas couldn't care less - he's delighted!
