Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Broski Broski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Darren Money!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Broski tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Money swivels and escapes.
Money keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Broski throws a head kick but Money moves out of range.
Money shoots in looking for a takedown but Broski manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Money's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Money shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Broski as he avoids it easily.
Money closes this distance looking for a takedown but Broski circles away.
Broski Broski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darren Money.
Broski fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Money clinches with his opponent.
Money on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Money lands with a right to the head.
The referee is keeping an eye on Money - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Money throws a right and a left that Broski avoids nicely.
Money fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Broski rushes Money and presses him up against the cage.
Money has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Broski is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Broski wants to take the fight to the mat but Money manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Broski tries to pull guard but Money holds him up against the cage and eventually Broski drops back down to his feet.

Money tries to circle away but Broski has him pinned against the cage.

Broski has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Money uses from the top position.
Broski is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Broski is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Money is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Money wants to stand up but Broski is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Money stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Money wants it to stay on the feet.

Broski shoots in looking for a takedown. Money tries to sprawl out of it but Broski keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Money manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Broski Broski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Money shoots in and drives through. Broski sprawls well.

Broski fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Money, pushing him back against the cage.
Money wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Broski has him pressed against the cage.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Broski breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Broski avoids the head kick by Money.
A head kick misses from Money.
Money is looking to land body kicks.
Broski Broski is winning the standup battle so far.
Broski goes for a double leg but Money avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Money continues to drive forward.
Money wants a takedown but no success here.

Money tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Broski smiles and moves away.

Broski drives through and clinches with Money against the cage.
Money is trying to stall.

Broski is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Money can do to turn this around?

Broski tries to land a sweep but no joy.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Broski tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Money defends well and Broski ends up having to push Money into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Money is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Broski turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Broski manages to end up in side control.
Money is trying to control Broski's posture but Broski avoids it.

Money is trying to buck Broski off.
Broski tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Broski is looking to take a break and control but Money is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Money can't do much from the bottom here.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Broski misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

And that's the end of the fight!

Well Broski has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
