Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between David Eagle (ranked 517 p4p, 1115 weight class) and Dodge Schotel (ranked 68 p4p, 154 weight class). Schotel has chosen Inner Circle - Games People Play as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Eagle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dodge Schotel!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Daniel Cesar and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eagle clinches with his opponent.
Eagle is pressed up against the cage. Schotel has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Eagle down to the mat. Eagle avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Eagle throws a poor cross that misses
and Schotel counters with a three punch combo that has Eagle backing up. Eagle nods at Schotel to acknowledge the strikes.
Eagle forces Schotel back against the cage and clinches.
Eagle throws a punch but it's blocked by Schotel.

Schotel has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Eagle after a bit of a struggle.

Still in the clinch, Eagle scores with a nice short uppercut.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Eagle creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Schotel has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Eagle avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Eagle can't find room to land a body shot as Schotel controls the action.
Eagle works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Eagle throws a big uppercut that drops Schotel! More strikes from Eagle and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Schotel lies dazed against the cage as Eagle celebrates with his cornermen!

In his post fight interview, David Eagle started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
