Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Bleak checks a leg kick.
DJ tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Bleak counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps DJ thinking.
Bleak will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
DJ throws out a counter right but Bleak avoids it with no problem.
Bleak on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bleak is looking for a kimura but DJ is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Bleak to get the leverage.

DJ is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
