Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yardbird Knox (ranked 2194 p4p, 24101 weight class) and Hyu Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Head has chosen Eye of the tiger as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Yardbird Knox!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hyu Head!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox connects with a right hand. Head shakes it off.
Head tries for a takedown but Knox circles away easily
and Knox counters with a straight right hand.
Head slips under a jab.
Knox ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Head fails with the takedown
and Knox counters with a head kick that drops Head to the mat! Head scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Head walks into a stiff left hand from Knox.
Head shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Knox counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Hyu Head has been cut.
Yardbird Knox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hyu Head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Head fails to land the takedown.
Head tries for a takedown but Knox circles away easily
and Knox counters with a stiff right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Head misses with a takedown
and Knox counters with a crisp right hand that drops Head! Knox lets Head back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Knox sends Head crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Knox is motioning to the referee to let Head up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Head is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Knox lands a big head kick that sends Head tumbling to the mat! Knox takes a step backwards and waves Head back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Head is still on wobbly legs! Can Knox finish him?
Head has his takedown stuffed
and Knox scores with a counter punch that sends Head to the canvas! Knox smells blood - he's punishing Head with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Head has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yardbird Knox!
A very excited looking Yardbird Knox made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Hyu Head spoke after the fight, saying '"Everybody out there know I beat him, I controlled the fight, he was missing, I hit him plenty more times. I beat him.Let me talk something... I want to thank the whole hood who came out here. I love y'all. I did this for the hood, you know I beat that boy.'.
