Butcher comes to the ring accompanied by Motörhead - Ace of Spades. Aaron Gracie has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Billy Butcher's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Butcher napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Butcher gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Gracie is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Butcher on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Butcher tries to get out of the position.
Gracie is looking to advance position but Butcher won't allow it.

Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Butcher can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Butcher has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gracie is proving hard to escape from.

Butcher frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

It looks like Aaron Gracie has been cut.
Aaron Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jab, jab by Butcher - just one landing.
Gracie dives in and grabs Butcher's left leg, looking for a takedown. Butcher pushes down on Gracie's head and hops out.
Gracie is trying hard to land a takedown here. Butcher sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Butcher thuds his right hand into Gracie's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

That has opened up Aaron Gracie's cut even more.
Butcher comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Butcher lands a hook that stumbles Gracie back into the ropes. Butcher follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Gracie to the canvas! Butcher pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Gracie has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
