Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dan McLaughlin!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by McLaughlin - just one landing.
Fontaine ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Fontaine throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fontaine tries to clinch up.
Fontaine closes the distance and clinches up with McLaughlin, looking for a takedown. Fontaine pushes McLaughlin against the ropes but McLaughlin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if McLaughlin can do anything to dispel that myth.
