Knutsson comes into the arena with war drums blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knutsson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Igwe defends it nicely.
Sigurd Knutsson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Igwe lands a jab to the nose.

It looks like Sigurd Knutsson has been cut.
Knutsson shoots in for a takedown but Igwe shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Knutsson shoots in looking for a takedown. Igwe tries to sprawl out of it but Knutsson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Igwe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Igwe loads up on a big right hand but Knutsson slips the punch.

Knutsson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Igwe misses with a hook. Knutsson ducked under it nicely.

Igwe drops Knutsson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Knutsson looks back up at him and smiles so Igwe waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Knutsson is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Knutsson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Igwe kicks off Knutsson and gets to his feet.
Oh Knutsson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Knutsson walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Igwe! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
