The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rapheal doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Rapheal throws a body kick that misses
enabling Kuzmitch to counter with a crisp jab.

Rapheal connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Rapheal swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Kuzmitch throws a head kick that misses.
Rapheal lands a jab to Kuzmitch's midsection.
Rapheal connects with the punch.

Rapheal feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Kuzmitch sprawling to the canvas! Kuzmitch rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Rapheal finish him?!

Kuzmitch is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rapheal moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
We've been told by Rapheal's head coaches at FIGHT FOUNDERS (CA) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Kuzmitch throws a hook to the side of Rapheal's head but Rapheal sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Rapheal cracks Kuzmitch with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Kuzmitch looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Rapheal finish him?
Kuzmitch is still on wobbly legs! Can Rapheal finish him?

Crack! Rapheal connects with the perfect overhand right and Kuzmitch falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Rapheal!
