The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Red tries to clinch but Jones is having none of it.

and Jones counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Red tries to get to full guard but Jones has control of the leg.

Jones wants to work for an arm triangle but Red is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Jones frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Red tries to hold on but Jones postures up.
Jones lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Jones with shots to the head and body - Red looks very uncomfortable down there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jones postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Red badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Jones around the waist but Jones pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Jones is the winner by TKO! Jones jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
