Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Leg Day (ranked 947 p4p, 620 weight class) and Diego Rios (ranked 122 p4p, 83 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

I was talking to Day's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

I would just about give that final round to Diego Rios.
