Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Abasi Njagi (ranked 902 p4p, 2067 weight class) and Blonde Brunson (ranked 65 p4p, 148 weight class). Njagi kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Game - Name Me King (Feat. Pusha T). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brunson darts in trying to clinch
so Njagi counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Njagi has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Brunson is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Njagi is aware though and is defending well.

Brunson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Njagi can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Njagi got a little sloppy there for a moment and Brunson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Njagi has managed to get both his arms back between Brunson's legs - danger averted.

Brunson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Brunson has his foot on Njagi's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Njagi works his way back into a safe position though.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Brunson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Njagi does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Brunson has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Njagi defend it? Brunson steps over the head and cranks it - Njagi is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Brunson!

A relieved looking Blonde Brunson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
