Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Lee (ranked 1633 p4p, 776 weight class) and Make Makkonen (ranked 97 p4p, 45 weight class). Makkonen is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Epic Sax Guy - time to SMESH!. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alexander Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Make Makkonen!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee slaps away a takedown attempt from Makkonen, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Makkonen blocks a head kick by Lee.
Makkonen tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Lee misses the jab.
Makkonen with the counter takedown but Lee avoids it easily.
Lee ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Makkonen moves away.
And Makkonen tries to counter it with a takedown but Lee pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Lee throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Make Makkonen has been cut.
Lee lands a big head kick that sends Makkonen tumbling to the mat! Lee takes a step backwards and waves Makkonen back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Makkonen is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lee throws a sloppy head kick and Makkonen moves out of range easily.
Makkonen slips a jab and a cross from Lee.
Lee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Makkonen misses with a straight right.
Lee throws a combination that misses
and Makkonen decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lee's guard.
Lee wants to sweep but no luck.
Makkonen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lee is keeping the position for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Makkonen prevents Lee from getting back to his feet.

Lee can't keep his opponent in guard - Makkonen advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Makkonen is thwarting Lee's attempts to control the position.
Lee is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Makkonen stops Lee from getting back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Makkonen with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Makkonen is trying to control. Lee wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Makkonen working the head and body with strikes.
Lee throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Lee makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Lee throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Makkonen.
Lee throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Makkonen sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Alexander Lee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lee pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Makkonen feints the counter takedown.
A head kick misses from Lee.
Makkonen drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Lee defends it well.
Lee misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Makkonen sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
No luck for Makkonen with that takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
A head kick by Lee misses
and Makkonen counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Alexander Lee has been cut.
Makkonen misses with an uppercut.
Lee lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Lee throws a left and a right that both miss
and Makkonen counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Makkonen.
Makkonen trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Makkonen advances position into side control!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Lee is looking to reverse the position.
Lee knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Makkonen on the ground.
Makkonen working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Makkonen lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Lee down.
Lee tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Makkonen wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Lee is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Lee wants to get back to full guard.
Lee wants to control but Makkonen is keeping busy.
Makkonen is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Alexander Lee dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Makkonen avoids the head kick by Lee.
And Makkonen tries to counter it with a takedown but Lee pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Lee throws a head kick that misses.
Lee throws a jab when Makkonen was well out of range.
Lee just misses with a punch to the body.
Alexander Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee looks to score with a jab to the body but Makkonen is just out of range.
Makkonen lands a body shot.
Makkonen is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Lee's half guard.
Makkonen uses his free foot to push down on Lee's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Lee.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Makkonen is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Alexander Lee's cut is getting worse.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lee wants to hold on but Makkonen pushes him away.

Makkonen postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Lee looks a forlorn figure.
Alexander Lee's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Alexander Lee's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
