Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between James Dalton (ranked 5314 p4p, 4919 weight class) and Vilmer Stridh (ranked 548 p4p, 519 weight class). Dalton's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Time of my Life by Bill Medley, Jennifer Warnes. Vilmer Stridh has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stridh throws out a loose jab but Dalton uses good head movement to avoid it.

Dalton lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Dalton has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Dalton stalks Stridh and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Stridh's face. Stridh staggers backwards, shaken.
Stridh is rocked!
Stridh tries to close the distance and clinch but Dalton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Stridh is still on wobbly legs! Can Dalton finish him?
Stridh takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Dalton closes the distance and catches Stridh with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Stridh is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Stridh is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Stridh is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Dalton takes it!
