And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nevemore throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bates's head.

It looks like Alexander Bates has been cut.
Bates misses with an uppercut. Nevemore saw that one coming.
Bates blocks a head kick by Nevemore.
Nevemore tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bates drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Nevemore defends it well.

Nevemore lands a big head kick that sends Bates tumbling to the mat! Nevemore takes a step backwards and waves Bates back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Bates is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bates tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Nevemore drops down looking for a counter takedown but Bates sprawls and moves away.
Bates is still on wobbly legs! Can Nevemore finish him?
Bates works Nevemore's body with a nice hook.
Bates looks to throw the jab but Nevemore is out of range.
Nevemore throws the left hand but Bates avoids the punch easily.
Nevemore moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Bates seems to have recovered his senses.
Bates slips a jab from Nevemore.
A head kick by Nevemore - that's a beauty! Bates is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Nevemore can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
