Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dougal McCraken (ranked 1787 p4p, 1280 weight class) and Mangas Coloradas (ranked 225 p4p, 174 weight class). McCraken comes to the cage accompanied by Bulgine. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coloradas on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
McCraken uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Coloradas has time to react.
McCraken looks to throw the jab but Coloradas is out of range.
Coloradas only half commits to the counter leg kick.
McCraken looks to score with a jab to the body but Coloradas is just out of range.
A lazy left from Coloradas finds it's target.
McCraken missing with a left hand there. Coloradas was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Coloradas ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
McCraken throws a jab when Coloradas was well out of range.
Coloradas throws out a counter right but McCraken avoids it with no problem.

McCraken throws a lazy uppercut
and Coloradas counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Coloradas doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Coloradas will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning McCraken up against the cage.

Coloradas works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Coloradas using the Thai plumb to throw knees but McCraken has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Coloradas throws a blind hook that connects with the side of McCrakens head.
Coloradas manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
McCraken misses with a hook to the ribs.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Coloradas obliges.

Coloradas breaks the clinch.
McCraken fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Coloradas manages to avoid it.

Coloradas gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Nice shot lands for Coloradas.

Coloradas sends McCraken crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Coloradas is motioning to the referee to let McCraken up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

McCraken is rocked!
McCraken takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
McCraken takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Oh McCraken is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Coloradas closes the distance and pushes McCraken back into the cage.
Coloradas scores with a shot to the side of McCraken's head.
Coloradas lands a left hand.
Coloradas has McCraken pushed against the cage.
McCraken can't find room to land a body shot as Coloradas controls the action.
Coloradas lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
McCraken tries a body shot but Coloradas blocks it.
McCraken takes a knee to the side of the body.
Coloradas lands a hook to the side of the head.
Coloradas lands a big knee! That's hurt McCraken! Oh, he's all over the place! Coloradas lands another knee that sends McCraken to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!

After winning the bout, Mangas Coloradas thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
