Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Olly Holy (ranked 1105 p4p, 1004 weight class) and Mehmet Shakaromanov (ranked 142 p4p, 131 weight class). Olly Holy has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mehmet Shakaromanov!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Joseph Jones and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Holy clinches.
Holy tries to pull guard but Shakaromanov forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Holy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Shakaromanov can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Holy is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Shakaromanov defends well.

Holy has his foot on Shakaromanov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Shakaromanov works his way back into a safe position though.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Holy is looking to clinch but Shakaromanov is avoiding it.
Holy tries to move into range but Shakaromanov moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Oh Holy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Shakaromanov throws a leg kick but Holy checks it.

Holy tries to close the distance and clinch but Shakaromanov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Holy has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Holy pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Shakaromanov taps out and this one is all over!
