MacGowan tries to free his leg and advance position but Kofel is retaining full guard.
MacGowan pushes down on Kofel's leg and manages to get into half guard.
MacGowan is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Kofel sees it coming and defends easily.
MacGowan stalling away here and it's allowed Kofel to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
