And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Everett drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Noman is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Noman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Everett is one step ahead there.
Noman has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Everett wants to control from the top but Noman keeps moving.
Noman wants to get back to his feet but Everett is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Noman has his hands on Everett's head, controlling the position.
Everett is stalling in the full guard.

Everett scoring with punches to the head and body.

Noman had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Everett defends it easily.
Noman keeping moving, preventing Everett from controlling successfully.

Noman is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Noman has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Everett can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Everett wants to control from the top but Noman keeps moving.
Noman bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Everett's guard.

Noman is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Everett trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!

Noman looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Noman is looking to stand up but Everett won't let him.
Noman wants to control from the top but Everett keeps moving.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Noman accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Everett is trying to hold Noman in close to prevent damage but Noman has managed to pass into half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Everett throws strikes from the bottom but it's allowed Noman to grab hold of an arm and go for an armbar! It's tiiiiiiiiight! Everett is forced to tap! This fight is all over!
