Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between George Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Money (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jay Money will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jay Money!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Taylor feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Taylor pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Money is keeping the position for now.

Taylor stands and throws Money's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Taylor doesn't manage to clinch there - Money circles away.

Taylor swings around for an armbar but Money sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Taylor's guard.

Taylor is trying to control the position but Money postures up.

Taylor wants to improve his position but instead Money has moved into half guard.
Money is trying to control the action in half guard but Taylor is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Money can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Taylor is looking to escape.

Taylor is just content to waste time from the top position. Money takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Money is looking to stand up but Taylor isn't so interested in that idea.

Taylor postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Money is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Taylor, into his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Taylor throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Money trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Money wants to control from the top but Taylor keeps moving.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Taylor working for submissions but it's allowed Money to get to half guard.
Taylor tries to get to full guard but Money has control of the leg.
Money controlling the pace.
Money seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Taylor trying to hold on to Money's head to control him but Money postures up.
Taylor trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Taylor is squirming around, avoiding Money's attempts to control the action.
Taylor is trying to stand but he's just given Money his back.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Taylor looking very determined here, making life difficult for Money.

Taylor tries to escape the position.

A close second round but Jay Money will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!


Taylor shoots in for a takedown but Money shows good takedown defense.
George Taylor is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Money gets caught flat footed, as Taylor shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Money wants to stand up but Taylor is controlling him.

Money is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Taylor drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Money dives on top into guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to George Taylor.
I think Taylor has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
