Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Viktor Mikidropov (ranked 4190 p4p, 4029 weight class) and Paul Hunt (ranked 206 p4p, 196 weight class). Mikidropov's entrance music is Danger. A fine choice. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Mikidropov looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Hunt has picked Mikidropov up and slammed him! Mikidropov can't keep hold of the triangle and Hunt manages to pass to side control!
Hunt takes a little break here. Mikidropov wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Mikidropov manages to work his way to half guard, despite Hunt's best efforts.

Horrible takedown attempt by Hunt or perhaps it was just good defense by Mikidropov, which made it look bad.

Mikidropov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hunt.

Mikidropov manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hunt on his heels. He'll look to pass Hunt's guard now, I'm sure.
Hunt is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Let's hope that Hunt has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
