Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 28 - 2, fighting out of London, Medium Guy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 6 - 2, fighting out of London, Medium Mann!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yuuki Gou and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy pivots, looking for a leg kick but Mann is out of range and Guy settles back down.
Mann scores with a push kick.
Guy does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Mann throws out a counter right but Guy avoids it with no problem.
Guy lands a leg kick that knocks Mann off balance momentarily.
Guy throws a right and a left that both miss.
Guy rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Mann counter with a right hand.
Mann slips a straight right by Guy.
Mann swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nice jab there from Mann.
Mann lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Guy tries to clinch but Mann moves out of range.
Guy rushes Mann and presses him up against the cage.

Mann wants to get back to striking at distance but Guy won't allow it.

Mann is trying to push Guy away but Guy has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Mann breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Guy swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Guy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mann.

And Mann responds with a good body kick, but Guy manages to step out the way in time.
Guy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Guy throws out a leg kick but Mann moves out of range and Guy only half commits.
Guy tries to clinch but Mann moves away
and Mann counters with a solid body kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Guy shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
A thudding body kick lands there by Guy!
Guy motions for Mann to come forward. Guy throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Guy takes a swing at Mann's ribcage but misses.
Guy tries to clinch but Mann is having none of it.
Mann looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Mann lands a really nice looking cross but Guy seems unphased.
Guy throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Mann swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Mann throws a wild body kick that Guy sees coming a mile off.
Guy was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Guy pushes Mann up against the cage in a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Guy is working Mann over against the cage.
Guy has clasped his hands together around Mann's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Mann is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Guy has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Guy tries to score with some ground and pound. Mann controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Guy wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mann, who protects the arm well.
Mann is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Guy is controlling him well.
The ground and pound from Guy seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Guy tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Guy in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Mann managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Guy.
Mann wants to get back to his feet.
Guy throws a strike aimed at the side of Mann's head but Mann avoids it well.
Mann is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Guy has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Guy goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Mann has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Guy but great work by Mann.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Medium Guy will probably get the nod.
That's time! Guy's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Mann lands a nice looking body kick.
Guy moves to clinch but Mann breaks away
and Mann cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Mann connects with a nice looking jab.
Medium Guy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Guy throws a right hand that misses
and Mann makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Guy really felt that one!

and Mann counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Medium Mann is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Guy is defended easily by Mann.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Medium Guy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Mann blocks a low kick nicely.
Mann feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Guys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Guy is rocked!
Guy tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Mann counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Oh Guy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
