Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lorenzo Smashotti (ranked 2530 p4p, 3058 weight class) and Ty Little (ranked 282 p4p, 325 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ty Little was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Hugh Johnson and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smashotti walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

My spies in Doom\'s Gym inform me that Little has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Ty Little was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
