The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Michaels drives through and clinches with Kane against the cage.
Kane wants to break the clinch but can't.
Michaels is trying to break free.
Michaels tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Kane can't break the clinch.
Kane wants a takedown.

Kane escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kane tries to clinch but Michaels moves away

and Michaels counters by clinching up.
Kane on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Michaels lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Kane tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Kane fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kilo Kane. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kane is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Michaels pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Kane breaks the clinch.
Kane is looking to clinch but Michaels is avoiding it.
Michaels lands a big head kick that sends Kane to the canvas! Michaels follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
