Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eliza Marie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Smith shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Marie manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Smith stops Marie from standing up.
Marie avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Smith throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Marie works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Smith missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Marie is looking to stand up but Smith isn't so interested in that idea.
Smith trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Marie preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smith throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Marie tries to bum rush Smith with a series of wild strikes but Smith uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Marie gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Smith trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Smith in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Smith loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Smith throws and elbow that misses. Marie uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Smith's guard. Nice move by Marie!
Smith has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Smith throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Marie would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Smith wants to hit a switch here but Marie passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Smith there!
Smith is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Marie is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.
Smith tries to reverse the position but Marie maintains control.

Marie is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Marie throws a jab when Smith was well out of range.
Marie throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Marie throws a hook to the side of Smith's head but Smith sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Marie looks to land a left hand but Smith moved out of range nicely.
Eliza Marie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Marie scores with a punch to the head.
Smith blocks a jab.
Smith displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Marie throws out the jab.

Smith slips under a jab.
Smith seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Marie shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Smith is backing up but Marie catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Smith covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Marie Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
