Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Himmerson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jet as he avoids it easily.
Jet is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Jet shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jet tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Himmerson swivels and escapes.
Jet throws a looping overhand right but Himmerson ducks down to avoid it.

Jet fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Himmothy Himmerson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Homer Jet.
Himmerson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jet avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Himmerson jumps guard but Jet stands there with Himmerson around his waist. Himmerson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Jet blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Himmerson wants to get back to striking at distance but Jet won't allow it.
Himmerson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Jet smiles and moves away.
Himmerson shoots in for a takedown but Jet shows good takedown defense.
Jet shoots in looking for a takedown but Himmerson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jet's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Jet moves into the clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Himmerson is looking to control Jet's arms but Jet gets an underhook and turns him. Now Himmerson has his back to the cage.
Himmerson has had enough of the clinch but Jet keeps him there for the moment.

Jet breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Himmerson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Jet doesn't seem bothered though.
Himmerson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jet.
Jet looks winded!

Himmerson has taken the fight to the clinch.
Himmerson wants to break the clinch but can't.

Jet jumps into guard, dragging Himmerson to the mat.

Jet tries to score a body lock takedown but Himmerson shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Himmerson tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Jet just stands there and leans against the cage.
Jet goes for a takedown in the clinch but Himmerson prevents it.
Jet prevents Himmerson from breaking the clinch.
Himmerson is looking to take this one to the mat.

Himmerson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jet keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Jet slaps away a takedown attempt from Himmerson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Jet takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Himmerson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Jet ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Jet no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Himmerson content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Jet has locked up a guillotine! Jet's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Himmerson is holding on here and Jet must be using up a lot of energy. Himmerson has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Jet gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
