Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Xander Allen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Barry Barlow!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Luis Engracia and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen rushes Barlow and presses him up against the cage.
Allen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Allen feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Barlows jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
It looks like Barry Barlow has been cut.
Barlow pushes Allen up against the cage in a clinch.
Allen throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Barlows head.
Allen lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Allen drops Barlow onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Barlow is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Barlow is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Allen creates a bit of distance and cracks Barlow with a massive left hook! Barlow crumples out of camera shot, completely unconscious! He's been Nelmarked! Allen stares at him for a moment then struts over to his corner, victorious.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Xander Allen!
Xander Allen was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
