The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oberdan throws a hook but Belanger blocks it.
Oberdan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Belanger.
Belanger throws a series of strikes that have Oberdan backpedaling.

It looks like Janders Oberdan has been cut.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Belanger lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Oberdan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Oberdan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Joe Belanger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Oberdan throws a right hand that Belanger ducks under and follows up with a left that Belanger also avoids with ease.
Belanger uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Oberdan.

Belanger lands a hook that stumbles Oberdan back into the cage. Belanger follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Oberdan to the canvas! Belanger pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Oberdan has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
